VERD (joinverd.com) is operated by WAI Systems LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “VERD” mean WAI Systems LLC.
By accessing or using VERD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
VERD is a platform where creators publish sports picks and subscribers pay for access to them. Every pick is timestamped when it is posted and cannot afterwards be edited or deleted, so a creator’s record shows their losses alongside their wins.
Some picks can additionally be graded automatically against official box scores, and those are marked as verified. Most cannot: the markets vary too widely for automatic grading, and those results are settled by the creator or by us. VERD does not guarantee that any individual pick, result or record is accurate, and does not endorse any creator.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Creators must post picks honestly. Falsifying results, manipulating stats, or engaging in deceptive practices will result in account suspension. All picks are permanently recorded and cannot be retroactively altered.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
VERD does not guarantee profits. Sports predictions involve risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Content on VERD is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Use picks at your own discretion. VERD is not a financial advisor.
VERD is not liable for any losses incurred from following picks posted on the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
